The beginning of creation is Light and Information, and there are several levels that energy needs to pass before it reaches the existing problem. It is not difficult, you do not have to do anything demanding; you are only balancing the energy field which will do what is the best for you. All you are doing is restoring the balance in your body and in your environment. There is no addition or subtraction, which means there is no possibility of error.
After approximately 40 days of practising the technique twice a day for twenty minutes, your energy field will be balanced. Various diseases, negative conditions and pain will be highly reduced, or they will disappear.
After that, feel free in assisting in balancing the energy fields of other people. Balance the energy field of everyone around you; teach them to balance their aura by themselves. If you have the will, wish and need, feel free to help someone else. The only thing you have to do is to complete a 40-day period of self-development and self-healing (to bring yourself in balance first), and then you can help the others. Just relax, do not force or visualise anything. Everything happens spontaneously and naturally. Everything is what we are ourselves, we only moved away from our original condition. Get started, very little is needed to regain harmony in our lives! If you are waiting for someone else to do everything instead of you, there is a possibility that you will end up on the wrong track. Do not be afraid that you will influence medical examinations performed in hospitals or that you will disturb the actions of medications or food supplement because by balancing your energy field you are on a higher, more subtle levels of energy. Therefore, both ways of treatment can be performed at the same time, because each of them operates independently on its level.
Faith in healing is the strongest medication for the body; if you have a positive approach to something, no matter what it is, you will succeed.
After 40 days, you will be able to sit down in your office, park, or wherever suits you best, place your hands on your thighs as described in the basic instructions, close your eyes, balance yourself, and reduce stress in 4-5 minutes, remove pain or difficulties that you feel yourself or that your dog has back at home with its aching back. Once you master NAJA TECHNIQUE of balancing the energy field, nobody around you will have to suffer from pain and stress caused by acute or chronic diseases.
Different feelings will appear in your body when balancing your energy field, e.g. the change of your body temperature, tickling or goose bumps in certain parts of your body, or body movement (swaying). That is why you should practice the technique in a lying or sitting position for the first 40 days. After 40 days, when your subconscious encodes the reactivation of the process of self-healing and pure flow of energy, you can start placing your hands on other spots of your body, but it is not necessary. You only have to follow the instructions for breathing and placing hands and your energy field, which will already be strengthened, will bring all your imbalances into balance.
After approximately 2-3 years you will be able to mentally balance everyone around you from the distance, but you will realise that when the time comes. Just be sure that the person feels safe when you practice balancing on him/ her, especially when you are doing it in a standing position.
